Once a players contract gets to 18-12month surely you get them to sign an extension?

It a fantastic sounding post, however. Once more words don’t relate to facts.They’ve done what now! I’m no Liverpool fan but they didn’t buy the title last 2 titles they won ! They haven’t won the title this season yet as the seasons barely begun!
Yeah they spent a fortune this season as have Arsenal but how is that comparable to being bought by a billionaire then literally spending all the money to blow teams out of the water from nothing.
Liverpool have spent years rebuilding their brand and owners have spent what they’ve brought in over the years and well within PSR. Something seems a little desperate and reaching in your comments to either justify your own teams past or to belittle their achievements! Either way that’s a little bit of a sour post

Well, he gets to stay at a club where the fans still appear to love him, and when he goes for free next summer he may get an inflated pay packet. Maybe even a few more big clubs interested, enticing him with big wages.
I'm not sure he'd be that gutted.
If Isak's deal fell through, he'd definitely have been gutted

However you dress it up before you joined the forum 2 months ago. Liverpool fans were waxing Lyrical about the lack of spending. Even more so some took great pleasure in taking the moral high ground about spending so little. There’s clues in the comments/ jokes about the coutinho money being spent yet. There’s also a clue that the only forummer that likes your post took the moral high ground re Liverpool. If posting facts is a sour post it’s not me that has the problem.
