I thought that, but then I have no idea what the rules are for handball anymore. As far as I saw it, he 'headed' it with his arm, and then we scored. So it's no goal, hand-ball. 🤷🏻
Yeah. He rotated his body into it to strike it quite firmly with his arm. He certainly didn't seem to be trying to put any legitimate part of his body on it. I thought the ref got it right.

Feel like I'm pretty much done supporting this England team for a while.

Vamos Colombia! 🇨🇴
Except they're a bit 💩 at the moment too.

Morning after the night before. And it’s fair to say I haven’t seen a home team capitulate so badly at The City Ground since the 25th May.

(Credit to a random Forest fan on Twitter for that gag. It’s not my own work)

No surprise of the performances... Walker got 90 mins?? Why exactly? When you have both James and Trent available

Kane played most of the match. We never try anything different

Not been impressed with tochells management but I wonder if the first manager post Southgate would always just be a fall guy so the next manager will tap into the fans more

Gibbs white should be starting full stop not just a few mins because it's his ground

The thing is re the bbc article, I said that under Southgate and it’s even worse under Tuchel. We should be gearing up for the World Cup in a year. But to be playing, Walker, Henderson and Kane in friendly is just stupid. We should be looking at our identity now.

Everyone has been saying it for years - it’s not a new thing

I agree they should be looking at their identity. Thus, Kane should start. Unless you feel it is time for him to be retired from the national side?

However, I agree with Walker and J Henderson. Are they seriously going to be considered first teamers for England at the next tournament? If so, that is worrying

Not long ago, the players England had genuinely made me feel they were right up there amongst the best. Now I look at them, if feels they are miles away from the quality other nations have.

Friendlies are always a no win for managers. Play the same team to get the players used to playing together - need to try new players, why the same old team, etc. Play new players - why is XXX playing instead of YYY, 2nd string is rubbish, etc.
Throw in the fact that if you win , no-one cares as it is 'just a friendly' and you are on a hiding to nothing.

£126mil !! Mental

I know he is a very good player and is only 22 - but that’s a lot of money

For that price we could be getting 2 top quality players

Looks like we have saved the pennies over the last 18 months to get - Frimpong , Wirtz and Kerkez

Next couple of signings will come from the money we get from selling - Kostas , Nunez , Elliot and maybe a CB
