It's a better move for him to be fair and at least they get a reasonable pay off. He'd be battling relegation at Sunderland next season, you can't blame him for taking the German option.

No, can’t blame him at all. Just a shame to be losing someone who had the quality to help us stay up.

Rumours are that Henderson may be coming back, so it’s possibly a step up to have englands starting central
Midfielder in the team

That would be a sensible signing - getting a home boy back and with so much experience

Looking at United this season, Hojland should never have been bought as a number one striker but he was so there you go and Zirkzee isn’t an out and out striker however, given we’ve signed Cunha and Mbeumo is looking likely I wonder whether we actually need another striker and actually the funds could be better spend in midfield. The real problem our forwards had was a complete and utter lack of service which (in theory) has been sorted. That’s not to say that I wouldn’t welcome Gyokeres however is he such a priority given the other signings we’ve made/look as though we’re making.

Perhaps not a priority, I agree, but in the event Mbeumo and Gyokeres do come, and I accept it’s a big if, what a front three that would be.

Absolutely, no complaints here should those three be in United shirts next season and would have bitten your arm off for them. It would appear that INEOS do have a plan and the financials that have just been released back that us so possibly not as bad as we were made to believe. Will certainly be interesting to see what happens in the coming 10 days or so before the window closes for the first time.

Precisely. With mbeuno and Cunha being fed by Zirkzee I can't see you NEEDING another striker. Ofc if you can get one happy days

But those 3 could easily cover your front line

Is rashford sold?

The Franks to Spurs may change the dynamic on Mbeumo with Franks reportedly wanting to take him with him to Spurs

Enough of talking about teams that were in a relegation battle 😘

Spain and Portugal is a quality watch 👍

Portugal starting to edge it.
