It’s not tit for tat though Billy. Although impressive. The seats are very comfortable if you are one of the seven dwarfs. The leg room is shocking. Think Ryanair and you know what I mean. Like I said “ ITS NOT A DIG AT THE FANS”, and certainly not a dig at the 75,000 fans that will turn up to see a team finish 4th bottom. But ( and I have never been) you need to go to the Spurs stadium, Arsenal and the Etihad to see what today’s football fans expect. Not a 1990’s premier stadium.

Why are the commentators talking about where the defender is? If a defender took out Hojlund with keeper goalside, it is a red to defender. So if keeper takes out Hojlund, doesn't matter where defender is.

Mind you, it was Hojlund, so optimistic to say anything is a goalscoring opportunity :ROFLMAO:

It was a red but given who it was, he’d have been better off letting him shoot !!!

I don’t entirely disagree, Tash. I’m well over 6 feet tall so it’s not comfortable! But neither is it the hell hole you make out.

I absolutely get that the Spurs and Arsenal stadiums are state of the art in comparison. But they don’t have their roots in the distant past. This place will disappear in due course, and it’ll be a sad day in many ways. It’s seen some great times.

I don’t normally engage in this sort of tit for tat, but “the swamp” will still be packed to the rafters this afternoon, despite the loss midweek, and despite a dreadful season. Such is the fan base. Not sure City would be selling out if the positions were reversed.

And, if you can see beyond the admittedly dated concourses at the ground and focus on actual football, Old Trafford remains an impressive place to watch a game.
No it’s not, it’s dump. The football is shocking and the leadership is a joke. I get you are a fan but get those triple tinted rose glasses off.

Where have I said the football and ownership, in the form of the Glazers at least, are anything less than shocking? Where?

No rose tinted glasses here, I can assure you.
