Regarding Palace, do they have plans to upgrade the ground, expand etc? It's a fabulous atmosphere but the matchday income, lack of, must be hitting them,

Most extension these days are to add a significant amount of corporate seats and boxes - they were expecting it to bring in up to £25mil a year extra
I'm looking at the stands and I can't see any boxes. There may be some, somewhere, but I can't see them. If there are some, there are not many. That's an important bit of income missing, it isn't just the extra, regular punters.
If it was just spectators alone, I agree with you. The build costs then would take decades to recover.

Good point for Forest in the end. They should beat Leicester and if they can get the win at West Ham you'd think they'll be in the CL places with one game left....

It wouldn't affect many (if any) LFC games so not sure what the issue is. His contract is until 30 Jun so would need to release him end of May (ish)

Doesn’t really matter what games it affects - he has a contract until 30th June - he either honours that contract or they pay for an early release
If Madrid really want him that badly im sure they don’t mind getting their wallet out
