Surely Liverpool would rather win it on their own steam … If it was like previous battles with City you take your Premiership win any where anyhow but it’s been Liverpool title for weeks . Slight anti climax

Looking at Arsenals remaining fixtures, if they don’t pull there socks up, they won’t be runners up.

Arsenal were surprisingly poor...so utterly fragile at the back...a better team than Palace would have won that at a canter. Are Arsenal switching off somewhat in anticipation of the CL Semi Final already?

It could be there downfall if they do.

Good performance from Palace but Arsenal looking like they are suffering a big comedown from their Real Madrid exploits. Gives City hope for second. Liverpool will roll over Spurs with ease to lift the trophy and always fitting for any winning club to do it at home

There is still a job to be done so not getting too far ahead of ourselves but it will be 35yrs and 1 day to the exact date since we won the last one in 1990 v QPR should we win it on Sunday.

I remember it vividly as i was with with my dad, older brother, Uncle and cousin, we had a small radio with us keeping upto date with Aston Villa v Norwich

Unfortunately my Dad and Uncle passed away in 94 & 99 so i won't get the chance to see us clinch it with him however the 3 of us will be there with our kids. Emotional.

City are only 6pts behind Arsenal . Newcastle win their game in hand only 5 pts behind Arsenal.

Ahem. Nottingham Forest would like a word please. They would like to point out that if they win THEIR game in hand over City and Arsenal, they go back to third and only four points behind Arsenal. ;)

An interesting table to look at.

Bear in mind, City's success is still relatively recent and so they are not yet getting tourist fans. Maybe they will come in 10 years or so but until then, it's largely locals I suspect. You don't just create fans, not when you have been next door to one of the biggest clubs in the world for your existence.
I do not believe that table at all, I go every West Ham home game and the amount of empty seats sometimes is ridiculous.

I'd doubt we've been 89.7% full on match days. Prices have risen and risen for both day tickets and season tickets and the fans are all moaning. Lots of fans are staying away. I admit we seem to get a large far eastern following o assume they buy matchday tickets which will help but can't believe its as high as suggested. Especially in the new riverside stand where tickets are stupid money
