Anyway Mr and Missis Tash are on our way to the Olympic stadium to watch Panathanikos play football tonight. Total cost €22 euro for 2 tickets. On the tram and a guy says “ sorry me
Duck” to a woman. Straight away Tash says “Nice bit of East Midlands there”. Apparently he is from Ripley. He is in his 60’s and struggling to get a ticket for tonight’s game. He went to the old stadium
Thinking they are playing there. You have to get the ticket to your phone. He don’t have one. I have told him I will Meet him
Outside ticket office at 6.30 if he cannot get one and will register it on my phone to get him in. He was very grateful. Anyway I then said I see you have a green T-shirt on in the home
Clubs colours.
He laughed and said look. He had it on back to front. It is his Christmas t shirt and the only green t shirt he has. Got to help him
Coz it looks like he has early Parkinson’s and is struggling a bit. Watch this space.
