You should be used to that šŸ˜‰
Nope. We have a meltdown on the Man Utd players

For Everton's first goal, I also note that the complaints about it not being a free kick came after TNT showed the super slow motion, close up replay. In real time, it obviously looked like a foul so can hardly blame the ref. You could blame Liverpool's defence for being asleep for the free kick or praise Everton for executing it well.

Pretty sure every yellow card should have been a yellow card, no real controversies there.

Not surprised he didn't give Salah a free kick, he is a diver. Oliver made the instant decision Salah has made a meal of it, understandable.

And never a foul in build up to Everton's equaliser. Players in box challenging for ball, there will be contact. Just like it wasn't a foul on Yoro a few games back (against Palace I think) when he got pushed in back and player scored.

Oh come on Arthur! A blurry still taken from fast moving action rarely, if ever, tells the real story. And sorry, but this one is no exception to the rule.

Two players made a vague challenge for the ball. 6ft 4in brick outhouse Ibrahima Konate could have easily got to the header if he tried harder. Fact is it was poor defending on his part and LFC fans are trying to dress it up as a foul when all it was was a little bit of physicals between two players.

Watch Konate immediately after it. He doesn’t make any kind of gesture that he’s been fouled. Doesn’t throw his arms up in protest. What he does do is sink to his knees in anguish when the goal goes in and if I could guess what was going through his mind at that very second, it would be ā€œAh crikey, I should have done better thereā€.

Only last week, you yourself said the reaction of a player after an incident is evidence over whether an offence has been committed or not. At least be consistent in your beliefs.

And by the way, Konate isn’t the type of player not to make a meal of a challenge if he thinks he’s been wronged or can con the referee. I have a very clear memory of him going down like a sack of manure clutching his head at the City Ground last season when Ryan Yates DIDN’T kick him in the head.

Just have the good grace to admit your team got done at the death by a deserved screamer of an equaliser. It happens to us all.

Has the whining stopped yet, the comfort blankets put back in the cupboard? Blimey šŸ™„.

I'd like to apologise to all liverpool fans for not rolling over and accepting a sound thrashing last night. We clearly forgot our place in the grand scheme of things.
Was a proper derby, thought the ref did ok,let a few things go for both teams.
Everton definitely deserved something from the game.
You look a totally different team under Moyes.

I think Everton were the better side, despite lacking the quality Liverpool possess. Liverpool had a total of 6 shots (4 on target, 2 blocked), Everton had 10 (3 on target, 5 off and 2 blocked).

Might have required a last second goal, but it was the least Everton deserved.

Beto was a proper work horse up front, and giant defenders at back ready to put their head in where it hurts if necessary

Konate was pushed as the ball was sent in

It’s worse than many of the other fouls he gave

It happened

Time to move on

You don't want a derby to be sterile and that means things flying around a bit, people doing daft things. That's a tough line to walk for a ref and the pundits comments suggest he got it about right. Liverpool wanted extra protection, ironic with some of their players, but that's not what derby games are about.

Doucoure was wrong at the end of the game, too hyped up but if Jones had left him alone I suspect he still would have got a second yellow. Jones piles in, unnecessarily, and it all kicks off. Fans loved it though, they'd have left last night absolutely buzzing.

Both teams walk away with a point, everyone entertained, job done.

TNT showed aerial footage of Goodison last night a couple of mins before full time. There were quite a few Toffees leaving. Bet they regret doing that now! 🤣

Agree it was a great game to watch. Love seeing feisty encounters like that, what proper football should be like. A draw was a very fair result.

The concert of condolence arranged to honour Liverpool at this tough time will also be immense :)

Yeah it’s really tough going for 3 trophies

Top of the league by 7

In the final of another cup

And KOs of the CL

So tough for us right now

Just imagine we could be cruising in the bottom half of the table in a relegation battle and having it easy šŸ™„

I enjoyed the game Everton deserved a draw , Braithwait should have got mom, ref wasn’t that bad could have booked Solisky (spelling ) for diving in box. šŸ˜‰
