I think there’s an awful lot of jealousy when it comes to Liverpool.

Anyone pointed out Moyes moaning about the penalty decision against Burnley?
Not sure jealously is the correct word? Unless Liverpool fans were genuinely jealous of Man Utd for the best part of 20 years, and have now been jealous of Man City for the best part of the last 10 years :)

Good game .
I don’t think it’s a pen as he got a lot of the ball before player.
But have seen them given for the follow through at that height.

Diaz finishing today was woeful you just don’t get time to take a touch at this level
But he wasn’t the only one
Should have won but a draw isn’t a disaster!

But that would have involved watching West Ham v Burnley then sitting through Moyes being interviewed. Life's too short.

Good game to be fair

Cracker from Burnley

Moyes going all out attack second half

Snatched a draw , could have one

Entertainment

The 2nd half was the First time I’ve seen Man City pushed on to the back foot and made to look ordinary.
Lpool’s press and energy was very impressive, Elliott and Endo looked full of running.

They have to replace klopp well. I mean that team was full of names I haven't overly heard of but they played fantastic in the main

Diaz will replace Salah long term

But without klopp will it be united without fergie.

Said for a long time “ the only way to play against City is to attack them”
If you sit back they will wear you down, to many teams do that so they don’t get thumped.

I think both would have taken a draw before the game tbh.
Although after the 2nd half Liverpool probably disappointed with it.

Thought we were excellent
But the finishing was poor.
Diaz was fantastic imo until he got into the box he missed a hat full of chances today imo.

Think Jotta would have made a difference he’s a class finisher.

Just seems to be something missing with City at the moment.
Last 2 games I’ve watched (Utd & Liverpool) they don’t seem to be getting Haaland in the game.
But they’re 1 pt off the top so 🤷‍♂️

As a neutral 😉

Darwin Nunez, has he been watching videos of Darren Huckerby re offside. If he could sort that out 😖

I said last week when Utd were rammel v City that when City play Liverpool, they would be all over City. They were. It didn’t take a genius to work that out. City didn’t have a plan B to knock it long to Haaland to break the press.
That was a fantastic point for City. They were poor and wanted to much time on the ball.
I didn’t think it was a penalty, but why did Doku let the ball bounce.
Thought it was a good game for the neutral.
I said a couple of months ago this could go to the wire and it could well go down to goal difference if that’s the case then City are struggling.

It was a good game, but Lpool certainly didn’t play as well in the 1st half as they did the 2nd.

Chances wise City dominated the 1st half and had a couple of good ones in the 2nd, not sure it was a fantastic point for City, either side could of won by 2 goals.

Does Pep think he’s above doing this?
Tbf tho imagine just pumping it long & bypassing KDB & Foden 😂😂

Haaland is the perfect player to play that way tho

It was far from a good game i assure you…

Can you explain to me the first half set up by Moyes and the pathetic performance?
People are jumping on the set up. One bad decision. Cresswell. Johnson would have helped the game flow

On paper that's a good team . Phillips has champ and premier winner medals

Aguard is a better defender than zouma

Other than Emerson that's out first team

Paquata, Bowen , kudus our 3 best players all started

First goal was amazing. How do you allow for Phillips giving him a mile of space 9/10 that shot goes in the stands

What we saw today (again) was a jaded performance following Europa . JWP needs resting that's his 38th game this season

The fact the players could not snap themselves out of the funk until given a rocket at half time by Moyes.. why can't the goal be a wake up call?

Hats off to Moyes he changed it goal a minute later

He changed it again we could have won it

The thing I will lay on Moyes is lack of rotation throughout the season that had lead to this burn out

But last 3 games out of 9 points it's 7 on the board
