Would you rather Man City make it four in a row which has never been done or Liverpool get to 20 titles, which is only equal to Man Utd's total? Surely Liverpool all day long? Cannot see Arsenal saving your skin.

City making it four in a row because everybody knows that several of their titles are currently under a massive black FFP cloud.

So playing in Nottingham and Paul Tierney is the ref again!
Nottingham fans have just found out why Liverpool fans don’t like him.
He’s a terrible referee but he’s consistently terrible.

If there was no foul ( debatable with such a high foot) Forest should get the ball back out wide.

Look on the bright side H Webb will be apologetic on Monday.

Do you feel utd's spending was held back during that period? Restrictions stop utd from winning titles?

I'm pretty sure you spent plenty during that time, as did other big teams. Only 2 or 3 teams see that cloud, oddly enough the other traditional big spenders.

Prob because city used their cash to buy the right players only leaving rubbish for united to pick up 😂

Wow!..Just seen on MOTD that the Ref did cheat in the Forest V Liverpool game to ensure Liverpool the win!

(I say cheat as I cannot believe that a highly experienced premier league referee does not know the rules.)
I have seen this before though.

Think it was the Arsenal game a few weeks ago where a player in a very similar incident went down with the opp having the ball.
The ref gave the ball to the keeper.
My son commented on it at the time.

I wonder is this a directive now even though it goes against the rules.
Interested to see what H Webb has to say!

Two wrongs don’t make a right though.

Tbh that whole passage of play looked crooked, Liverpool under big pressure at what should have been the last minute of the game…With Forest in possession on the wing about to recycle the ball, the ref blows because the Liverpool player pretends to have hurt his head in a collision by his own keeper, (a var review of what looks like a nailed on penalty turned down)
The Liverpool player who faked the head injury miraculously recovers and the Ref just gives the ball to the Liverpool keeper to restart the game which then led to Liverpools winner!

Honestly if it had gone the other way we would’ve had a national outcry, questions asked in parliament and calls from the Bishop of Liverpool for the game to be replayed. 😆

Totally agree and I would be livid.

But can you now see why Liverpool fans don’t like Tierney.
We are on the other end of a lot of his decisions , but are accused of getting the violins out.!
He does a high proportion of our games .

He’s a crap ref ,

1 But is this a deliberate thing now ? ( giving the keeper the ball) have seen it before but as this led to a goal it’s being highlighted.
2 Or has he just made another high profile error?
3 Or is he a cheat?

My honest opinion is 1 as I have seen it before!

The sarcastic bit at the bottom I suggest is how your feeling at the moment 😳😂

I can’t quite believe MOTD actually highlighted it if I’m honest.

Gary and Keys (who never have anything positive to say about Forest) even discussed it. Shows how ridiculous it was, really. But I can’t say that as I’m wearing rose tinted glasses 🙃

Listening to the game on the radio, they did make mention that the ref had been consistent in blowing for what he thought was a head injury, but I don't suppose anyone is really wanting to know thhat.
