I don't pretend to be an expert in what goes on with finances behind the scenes, but from what I heard Woodward was excellent at generating revenue away from the pitch, thus very much helped line the pockets of the Glazers.Anyone who appoints Ed Woodward, lets him oversee the downfall of the club and then leave on his own terms - is pretty thick in my book!
