He's in front of the keeper. This notion the keeper won't save it is irrelevant. If a player puts one top bins and a player is offside we don't rule it out for not wrong saved.

I accept their is inconsistencies, but imo that goal should always be disallowed, unless its for England or saints of course.

Ok. Red glasses firmly on. It’s offside. There are a myriad of why it’s “unlucky” is many senses. But according to the law it’s offside. So job done.

I’m more annoyed by the disallowed gakpo to be honest. I don’t believe it’s a foul from Nunez. And to not look at it again is bizarre. But again, the way the VAR rules work it never would be.

Anyway. Got the win. Top of the league for a few days at least. That’ll do.

Patience really running out with Onana. You cannot allow a ball to bounce in your six yard box. And the marking for the second was just unbelievable.

A dreadful ten minute spell has cost us this game.

Sancho was pretty terrible before his exile. No better than Antony. Also, his apparent attitude says to me he should be nowhere near the side. Even Matic said he was always late.

If ETH wants a winger to defend first, it is interesting that Utd have the least defensive wingers in their history, who made virtually no effort to get back and help the team.

The reality seems to be more the fact we have too many bad players, who think they are stars. They prance about in the Man Utd shirt thinking they are awesome, yet can't control the ball, make a simple pass or run.
I didn't realise Matic was judge and jury! Sancho at least would be an option. I find it amusing when Mourinho called players with bad attitude out he was called toxic by Utd fans, yet when ETH does it and banishes someone it's a good thing. Turning up late is poor form but so is multiple domestic violence accusations.

Your point about the least defensive wingers in your history isn't true. The only good thing Antony does is put a shift in, unlike Rashford or Garnacho on the left. He's just not good enough going forward due to his lack of pace, one footedness and lack of a final pass.

We don't want Villa to go crazy here. We need ETH to stay a little longer 🤭

How did that clown win manager of the month.

Joint second from bottom in goals scored in the league (as it stands)

Picking fights with players

Wasting huge amount of transfer kitty..

This is Manchester United. A team with dominating centre backs. Stylish forwards. Combative midfielders

This has to be the worst Manchester United team this century

I can’t remember one this bad, ever.

Even in the 70’s, when we were a classic cup side, when we lost we still managed to put on a show. Same in the 80’s. I can live with losing. But the way we are doing it now is just too appalling for words.

The scouting in recent times has been horrific. In Onana we have a keeper who makes the odd spectacular flying save which, I hasten to add, he seems to make a meal of. But a Premier League keeper needs to be in command of his eighteen yard box, and Onana just isn’t. He seems too tied to his goal line, is weak in the challenge and doesn’t inspire confidence at all at present. It may still be that he’ll find his feet, much as de Gea did, but I’m beginning to have huge doubts. And the scouting should have identified the significant flaws.

And Antony. My God, somebody needs stringing up for signing off on the fee. The £25m suggested in Solskjaer’s day was too much for a player who is nowhere near good enough to play in this league. But £85m? Baffling beyond words.
