The conclusive answer is he’s playing everywhere. Left back, central midfield, centre half. He’s clearly either been given licence to roam or has ignored whatever the manager told him.
These commentators aren’t paying attention if they thought that was a good tackle on Pellistri, but scoring from the subsequent corner undoes the damage done from the lack of a penalty for Man U.
Loved that first half from Amrabat. Great energy, doing the simple things really well and dictating the tempo alongside Casemiro.

People will say it’s only Palace, and it’s only the League Cup, but United have not allowed them to play.

I would have thought he would have higher expectations than playing in 3rd round of the league cup when most teams are playing kids and back ups.
also suspect he doesn’t want to play for a manager who has publicly slated him - that relationship is done now , will hang around until he goes in Jan or until Ten Haag goes
The manager gave him a huge second chance last season when he threw an arm around his shoulder and gave him the opportunity to reintegrate himself. And what does Sancho do? Throw it back in his face.
This is a manager who will not repeatedly defend players if they, in turn, repeatedly show they cannot apply themselves in a professional manner.
I back the manager 100%. He’s entirely within his rights as the manager to tell everyone why Sancho doesn’t feature in his plans.

He, like anyone else, has to earn his spot, he shouldn't expect it after his continual poor form.
I'm wondering whether he is on of those people who just feels entitled.
