Anyone explain how the hell VAR allowed the City second goal to stand

proper shift from Forest today. Particularly Joe Worrall who put on a proper captains performance just days after being called not good enough by a large portion of our fanbase and days after his uncle died unexpectedly.
He lives in the village our course overlooks 👍

I'd be livid, but unsurprised, if VAR had made that decision against us.

Two wrongs and all that but that's honestly (in my slightly biased opinion) the first really bad VAR that's gone in our favour.

It is indeed a joke.

Foden and Haaland though - different gravy

He seemed to flick his foot out.
To play the ball or get out of the way hard to tell.
But if he’s affecting the keeper ( he was) that’s offside.

VAR is a joke.
Ave seen it and it is a shocker.
I read a comment yesterday. If the Utd goal v City last year with Rashford and Fernandes was allowed to stand, then so should this. That goal last year was shocking and shouldn’t have stood, and neither should this.
Ave said it before and I will say it again. Referees get it wrong and they are still getting it wrong in the VAR booth.

22/23
- Haaland scored 2 in his first game
- He didn’t score in his second game
- He scored 1 in his third game
- He scored a Hat trick in his Fourth game
- Man City won the Treble

23/24
- Haaland scored 2 in his first game
- He didn’t score in his second game
- He scored 1 in his third game
- He scored a Hat trick in his Fourth game
- ???

😳👍

Just catching up on yesterdays action.

Fulham were absolutely robbed on that Ake goal. Another week, another VAR decision favouring a Big Six home team.

It’s high time that referees were mic’d up and that everyone is allowed to hear the conversations between the ref and the idiots sat in the box.

I watched the kerfuffle on Soccer Saturday. Then I heard Marco doing cartwheels about the injustice. Radio jockeys were up in arms about it. Then I watched it for myself...🤷‍♂️. Nothing to see here, move on 😄
This is the main problem with VAR, It's only Fulham, Bournemouth, Watford last year... Insert little club that nobody in the top echelons of the FA or Referees Association could point out where they are on a map. It's more important we don't upset our mates at the big clubs in the North West of England . If you don't think the outcome would have been completely reversed if it was the other way round you are very much mistaken

Well, outplayed by a solid Liverpool side today! Never expect anything at Anfield though, just thought we might get on the scoresheet. Also can’t concede that early away from home against such a strong attacking side!

Concerning to lose yet another CB to injury too, feels a bit cursed for villa early this season 😂

Onwards and upwards! 2 of the hardest aways already done this season!

Thankfully I won't be seeing much more of it as I have to go out.
For what it's worth, and I hate myself for this, I'm feeling 2-0 to Arsenal.
