The barrier we were talking about was women managing men's teams and you asked why that barrier had to be crossed. That is a pretty clear statement that women should not cross the barrier into men's football but decent backtrack.
Give someone a chance and we will see if they have the skill. Plenty of men with less managerial experience have been given a shot.Hiw can you prove your ability if you do not get given a chance.
No you said it’s a barrier that “has to be crossed” - there is not a requirement for women to manage in the mens game , it’s not something that has to happen , you are talking as if a women “has to manage in the men’s game
And as stated - if a women wants to manage in the men’s game then prove she can by doing what most other men do -build up her career from either youth or lower league level within the men’s game
There are hundreds of coaches trying fight their way to the top
No club or country will see the experience within the ladies game as a reason to give them an equivalent job in the men’s
