Tawkoski just standing there ,arms by his side as he knew he wasn’t getting anyway near the ball.
keeper catches the ball and lands on him loses the ball
ref gives a foul.
absolute joke.
Keepers are certainly over protected and get away with errors at times just because too many bodies are around. It's almost a default by refs to give them a foul.

Just seen on Twitter that Harry McGuire is waiting for Real Madrid to contact him to replace one of their defenders that has been injured (can't remember the players name). Are we actually going to see McGuire turning out for Los Blancos?

Surely not, I mean it's pretty much accepted he doesn't suit United play

So he won't suit madrid

Delusional .. he needs to accept his level is just below the top 6 tbh .. rather than chase the fading dream

Looks like Lavia to Chelsea is happening.
Just the medical to go.
Chelsea seem to revel in attempting to be the least popular club in English football.
It's just wrong the amount they have spent over the last 12 months. The real source of the money (not for the first time at this particular club) needs looking into imo.

Well, looks like Maguire thinks he can get his place back, so deal off to West Ham.

From what we know, silly boy. I guess he saw how inept United were last night, and feels it is evidence the problems in defence lie with the careless attackers rather than with him.

Or, maybe he just loves his weekly wage
He's a bigger idiot than I thought. He's a laughing stock at Man Utd. Lost the captaincy, lost his place in the team. What is he 4th choice centre back now? Arguably 5th as they even played Shaw there a couple of times. He desperately needs a fresh start and West Ham would have been perfect for him. If he'd rather pick up a bigger wage at a club where nobody wants him around, then he's gone right down in my estimation.

Really disappointed in fabainski gone crying to the press that he's been dropped as number 1 and wasn't expecting it

I'm sorry but areola is 8 years his junior, imo a better keeper.. and has patiently waited for his chance (whilst winning the cup with us)

Fab instantly walked back into the team after injury when areola had done nothing to warrant dropping. He kept his place through some serious errors , he played a couple games at end of season which (because we were safe ) should have been areolas to get him sharp for the European final ..

Turns out he played those games so his contract would be auto renewed .. I mean it's clear you can't expect to be number 1 when your contract was being allowed to run down and a replacement is waiting ..

I'm disappointed at the age of 38 hes spoken out about such an obvious decision that should have been made last season
You lied to me! You said Flappy was going to play. 😂

I'm not bothered. Keeping him for another season is the right call for possibly the wrong reasons by Levy. But once Kane is gone I probably won't be watching anymore so I'll be happy if he stays for now.
Just thought I'd revisit this? Have you officially stopped watching Spurs?

If anything, if I was a Spurs fan, although I'd be sad to see Kane go, I think I'd be relieved the saga is behind me. He was going to go one day, so at least you got a bit of money out of it. I'd be excited to see what new players, especially strikers Spurs can get through the door in the future. I'd suspect Spurs would be able to attract even better strikers, now they know they'd be number 1, instead of an understudy to Kane. And I'd be hopeful the new manager can find a system that, even if one player doesn't score as many as Kane, the team as a whole score more goals.

Laporte is on his way to Saudi Arabia which puzzles me.
Not re Laporte going to the Saudi league but he is a far far better player than Maguire so why did West Ham not go after him. 😳

I doubt West Ham could compete with the wages on offer. No slight on West Ham, not many can.

Saying that, at 29 he has gone early. You watch him, is he slowing up, does he have injury issues? I'd have thought he could have gone to another top European team, unless there are reasons?

Helps you guys balance your books again, only spending what you have ;)

1. It’s a big step down

2. Money money money

He is a very good centre half. It has been on the cards for some time re him going as soon as City were in the hunt for Gvardiol. That transfer has been in the cards for over a month. Gobsmacked West Ham looked at Maguire and not Laporte.
