Elanga to Forest. Interesting to see how he does. Could be a really smart bit of business, we will only know as the season goes on (yes, I know that is a bit obvious but he has not had a run in the PL yet). I'd have taken him at Everton, well done Forest.

I was a bit disappointed that we let him go, maybe just below the standard that we needed however I wanted to see him get a run in the first team to see what he could do. I hope he does well at Forest and this it's a good bit of business for them.

I just don't think he suit's Ten Hag's style of play. I'm cautiously optimistic he will cook with Gibbs-White, Johnson and Awoniyi (and Danilo) as our other attacking options. We might even win a game or two away from home!

West Ham looking at Maguire and McTominay. Hmmm.

Both would be quality signings for them IMO. Maguire gets a lot of unfair flak, he didn’t pick his transfer fee and whilst he’s probably not United standard I think his lack of form has been exaggerated by the lack of consistency in our defence. Likewise I think McTominay is a decent player, look at his Scotland performances. They’d both do well at a club by West Ham where the pressure would be off a little and they’d actually be wanted.

I don’t think I disagree actually.

I agree with your comments re Maguire. I don’t rate McTominay at all. Too many late tackles, niggling fouls and too slow. I’ve not seen him have a decent game for Utd. Half decent at times but goes missing far too often. Championship standard at best.

Loving reading the pre season friendly match reports and seeing players referred to as Trialist A and Trialist B throughout the report. They don't even give them a name when they scored :ROFLMAO:

Joe Lewis: Tottenham Hotspur owner charged over alleged insider trading

There’s something every day!

The rise and fall of spurs is quite something

Years in arsenals shadow, over took them, had England's captain as their super star

Some great football, constant champs league. Got to a final

Sold their dross for huge money

Now they have had a poor couple years

Kane looks off

And their owners a crook
