Lucky if Pickford is worth 4.5 millionMan Utd reported to be looking into a £45 million bid for Pickford. Surely there's a better keeper out there for that sort of money.

Father in law won’t be best pleased then. He thinks his £65 United membership gives him a chanceRoger me with a prize winning leak. I pop to my 85 year old mum’s for a coffee, arrive home just after the fixture list is announced, and already the first tranche of tickets for every United home fixture with the exception of those going to ballot has been sold out.
Getting tickets for games since Covid and ETH’s appointment has become nigh on impossible, even for club members.
Can we have a football random irritations thread please?

Neither on sky though, I like both incidentally. When Tyler goes, who comes in? Most of the new era are painful imo.

Martin Tyler will always be in my fondest memories...
Honestly one of the greatest moments in premier league history and absolutely iconic commentary.
It's unlikely there will ever be a moment for me that can top that. It was typical City being City and was becoming heartbreaking. The goal, the jubliation, the commentary (I swear you'll never see anything like this ever again) coupled with the face of Phil Jones and Alex Ferguson as the news hit them...just beautiful. So City...
The only other thing is that the caretaker becoming the permanent manager rarely works and so maybe the owners have shown some steel there. Very harsh on O'Neill, he has done a great job and deserved a crack at it imo.Bournemouth sacking O'Neil seems like an odd one. Something not football related?

I read a similar comment except it was Big SamThey're trying to secure Lampard before Real Madrid make their move.

Apologies, I thought he was the caretaker for the rest of the season. In that case, makes it even stranger"On 27 November, having picked up 13 points from a possible 33, O'Neil was appointed as Bournemouth's permanent head coach, signing an initial 18-month contract."

Anyone here not having to Google him? Well, from a club perspective they are not left hanging. Clearly all set up in advance.Andoni Iraola named as his replacement....
