I'm not sure which opponent he stopped from playing the ball. Akanji said that he stepped up to play Rashford offside so wasn't going for the ball and I don't think Walker could've got across in time to stop Fernandes from getting the shot away. Could possibly be argued that Rashford prevented the keeper from coming out to clear the ball. But as I said before, I'm only basing this on still images of the incident and haven't seen video of it.

People can’t post and cry about posters causing issues on the forum then themselves go and post looking to get reactions - that’s being no better at all.

Rashford must've ran 15yards from the original position of him being offside sheilding the ball. Akanji could have made a sliding tackle.
