Being realistic who would you like?
Both to the end of the season and next man for next season?
I don't even know. I thought at this stage we need a Big Sam type, but even Sam hasn't been in that business for a while has he? I was fine with De Zerbi back when we sacked Frank, but we went down this stupid interim route instead which has put us in even more bother. Outside of him I don't even think there's a sensible option anymore.

I wonder if next season they may wait till after the World Cup and see what happens?
Maybe even try for Poch again?
Trouble is who do they get in now to try and keep them up?
Maybe Dyche is the man for that

Some media outlet said Dyche wasn't interested in a temp/interim role so probably a non-starter. Not even certain it would work anyway as we don't really have the sort of player he would want. You probably just have to give De Zerbi a big contract, and hope he hits the ground running. Sunderland, Brighton, Wolves are the next three games, if he can get 4 or 5 points out of that somehow then we have a chance. Leeds at home in game 36 is massive, probably need to win that. Forest have a pretty similar run-in, maybe slightly tougher fixtures, and a couple of European games to distract them. West Ham have easier fixtures and I can see them getting out of it. All 3 have home games on the final day, and Spurs are against Everton which is the toughest fixture of the three.

One things for sure Spurs are a complete mess, Dyche doesn’t want it without longer guarantees yet why would you want a manager that was brought in and sacked in the same season by a fellow relegation threatened team.

Di Zerbi wants to hold out as why would he want to manage in the Championship. Other names touted are so far out of date they’d not improve the situation.

I genuinely don’t know where they go with it as at the moment nothing seems like it will improve their fortunes.
