So slow....
So static. No movement across the box dragging defenders out of position creating space.

Surely someone must work it out that the slower we play the more time it gives the opposition to organise themselves? Play faster, turn quick balls round corners, run and force the defenders to move, you might lose the ball on occasion but you will soon win it back.

As for Rashford...he has beaten his man just once and then gone down like boneless chicken.

Cracking free kick for the goal. Will probably run out 5-0 winners as Latvia tire.

It is very much trying to dominate the ball, Bellingham and co liking to beat a player twice instead of playing it quickly to the open player

It's like we are afraid of them having the ball. Where as whenever we put it in the box it causes them problems. Just get it in there

It’s boring as hell. Trying to walk the ball into the net. I would honestly hate to watch this kind of football every week.

Give me breaking from your own half at 100mph any day rather than this turgid type of affair.

The best PL teams are free flowing and don't stand still when they get the ball. It's been a disease when players pull on the National shirt.
That and players out wide always wanting to come inside as per the posted letter they sent the opposition manager.

Yep. Another rare evening in charge of the remote control wasted.

Really boring game of football. Second really boring performance from England in 72 hours.

Time to give the wife the remote.
