I don't pretend to understand the system, but it does sound ridiculous.

What other assets are clubs allowed to sell to themselves? Players? Other buildings? Land? Stadium rental?!

It is ridiculous, but when their is loopholes, clubs rightly expose them and use them for their own gains, any good business would do the same.

Madrid have been king of doing it

Need some money - sell the training ground to the local government who then give it back a couple years later

A lot do the ownership models of holding companies etc allow it to happen

Nothing has been as brazen as Chelsea’s dealings though and believe they are still investigating it

2 of them yeah - Mo and VVD will sign , either 2 or 3 years

Trent - that’s the one I’m 50/50 but more in the belief that he will stay

I reckon VVD and Salah may stay - but I think Trent is the one 100% going.
