I secretly hope he gets booed if he gets on the pitch 🤭
Most of these posts saying” Henderson shouldn’t play for England “are Missing the point for me.

Its Southgate’s choice He’s the manager.

Imagine the headlines if he refused to play.
so don’t blame Henderson blame the manager he is picking him.

Hes made his bed in Saudi but he’s just the same as players from Saudi owned teams.

Think we all saw during the World Cup how that will work out

the same England team that went to the World Cup in Qatar 🙄

As for the interview- don’t think it was a good choice , he wages it seems are about the same as what he was on at Liverpool

The LBGTQ stance he will need to do a lot of work to repair his reputation with them
£700k pw? 🤷‍♂️

Well yes of course the manager is at fault on a few levels but it is Southgate after all lol.
As for the last comment, I think that’s muddying the waters a bit too much, Henderson made a considered decision to move out to Saudi despite all his LGBTQ guff, the same can’t be said for players who’s club is suddenly taken over by Saudi money, they can’t just suddenly up sticks and leave.

Talking of hypocrisy, long piece by Perry Groves on TalkSport today about his battle with alcohol. Fair play and good luck to him for it.

The programme punctuated with Betting adverts and the second half of the week, they have a Breakfast Show, where lead presenter brags about how much he can drink and belittles the "light weights who cannae keep up!"

Odd.

Totally agree.

Do you mean the one that acted inappropriately towards another player ?

Yeah, was not as aware of his history, just what has happened since so change that to a good thing that this has happened.

Sometimes I make an arse of myself when I do not do the research and react to the breaking story. I have assumed it was because of the later inappropriate incident rather than the coach being a creep before hand.

Hands up to being an idiot.

They could ask for a transfer to another club ,!
Wonder how many have done that?

Might make the Saudis think if the best players won’t play for their clubs.

But we all know it’s got nothing to do with morals and everything to do with money!

I’ve tried listening to TS after hearing friends of mine discussing it in the pub.

It lasted one trip to work in the car. From my brief listening experience. I came to the conclusion it’s click bait radio which is at best, the radio equivalent of reading the Daily Star/Sun.

It absolutely is what you’ve described. Adrian Durham and Darren Gough are famous for weirdly having opposing views in basically every huge topic they debate.

He's not the one who kissed the player at the World Cup but many of the squad withdrew beforehand as they couldn't stand him...not that it was put like that!

It's not that good. Take out adverts, plugs for upcoming events and jingles, there's barely 30 mins of content per hour.

I used to listen every morning, not any more.

I listened this morning as a mate of mine who writes about drug and alcohol addiction, told me Perry Groves was on.

How can the Utd away strip be allowed to be a parody of the Newcastle home kit?
I thought away kits were supposed to be different from everything else?

Not if you’re male & over 16 years old.
Just been sent a picture on what’s app.

Fat bird says to her husband “ do I look fat in this Dress”.
Husband says “ Do I look bald in this tie”
Fat bird “says you are bald”.
He says “.exactly”
A lot of Utd fans will look fat.
The fat legendary geordie fan does it right. He don’t wear stripes. Good dress sense that lad 😁👍
