It’s one of those that you see being given because he is moving his arms towards the ball -if the ref gives it then VAR doesn’t overturn it and also VAR doesn’t give it if the ref doesn’t
No idea what the rule is but I was surprised it wasn’t given
Watching the replay then that’s one where VAR should be telling him to go to the screen

For me, that and and the one from the Newcastle game were clear handballs. I'd be livid if we were on the other end of those.
Not clamped. He clearly moves his arm. Bit hit from so close, I can see why there’s doubt.

I think officials are so distracted by determining whether ball is close to body or not, they completely fail to check how it got there.
