I always have 4 against the field in majors, they are as follows:

Dustin Johnson (Backed at various prices, biggest being 40/1, since the Tour Championship so got a decent amount on him without even noticing it)
Keegan Bradley @ 28/1
Peter Hanson @ 80/1
Freddie Jacobson @ 125/1

I have done 3 E/W punts. i cant see past Tiger winning to be honest, and his odds are stupid.

Bradley @ 33/1
Dustin @ 33/1
Sterne @ 250/1

have used betfair who pay up to 5th place 1/4 odds. I did see they are paying out for 2nd place winning odds IF tiger wins, so eg you bet on Rose to win, but Tiger wins and Rose comes 2nd, you still win!! not bad i thought. (other bookies are available! disclaimer)

I went a bit mad on Paddy Power today, have risked a few bob each way on:
Webb Simpson
Dustin Johnson
Matt Kuchar
Branden Grace
Thorben Oleson
Fransico Mollinari

Fingers crossed

If beating Phil Mickleson in the Ryder Cup makes Justin Rose a bottle merchant, I'll have a swig or two from whatever bottle he's drinking from!

I totally agree! Rose is quality whose got a solid game and superb mental strength - my tip for a win here

Backed him today at 30-1, well done getting 40's

He was 40's up until his season opening win so managed to get that in the book 8 times as I have backed him each week since the Tour Championship, just a couple of quid e/w per week, I stopped backing him following his win this year as I banked on him not winning again before Augusta so I keep the money back each week apart and got him at 33/1 last week for the reminder

Accidently back 10 players!

DJ @ 35/1
Keegan @ 33/1
Mickleson @ 12/1
Stenson @ 55/1
Jacobsen @ 125/1
Olesen @ 125/1
Grace @ 125/1
Merrick @ 250/1
Lawrie @ 300/1
Leishmann @ 300/1

DJ, Keegan, Mickleson and Stenson are my main bets but the others i've had a few quid e/w on. Total outlay about £100-150 I think so hoping for a decent return :)

I also fancy a 1st round leader bet of Justin Rose, Bill Haas, Adam Scott and KJ Choi all e/w

Careful backing Sneds, rumour has it that has picked up an injury.

Injury or not, he hasn't looked in good nick since his return from the rib problem he had, I know he has only had two starts since but it is not an ideal prep for a major as it looks like all the early season momentum and confidence has been lost. He is still one to look out for, I think Merion and Oak Hill are ideal courses for him

I have to own up to having backed Mr Woods this morning.

Went on to Oddschecker to see what the best price was and was surprised to see 9/2. Equates to an 18% chance of winning, and I think it's better than that.

I'm rubbish at betting though.

He had a car crash, and hasn't practiced much since. Pity, as I rate him.

Yeah, I heard about the crash but misread about it and thought it said he could hit iron shots fine but now I have gone back and read it again it actually says he was restricted to short iron shots.

I have put him in my ten to follow on my blog but nevermind. If I was to swap him for any other debutant it would be Henley, local lad and looks a huge talent
