Played against a guy who had this great little pimento cheese sandwich golf ball marker with a golf flag in the sandwich. He couldn’t remember where he got it from. With Masters coming up does anyone know where you can find one? Have looked on golf sites but struggling to locate.

Do you think that’s just because we are British though? As Masters seems to get most hype but maybe that’s just because it’s the first in season

Has been discussed countless times on the forum, but I think the time of year and time of day in the UK helps it a lot. The clocks have just gone forward, weather brightening up, we're all feeling good about golf and hey, here's the Masters! And the fact that it's on TV in the evening for us so you can watch the leaders come in at home before bed. It's perfect timing.

I think the Augusta rules have held up well in modern days, low prices for food and drink, no cameras etc. that’s created a special vibe around Augusta and created it as the pinnacle of golf courses/venues

Masters for all those reasons. So many special memories around it over the years.

Nope, not even close to The Open.
I"ve been to both, and both are lovely. The Masters and Augusta National are beautiful, love the traditions of the place and the tournament. The Open compares in many ways - the traditions and history shine, and the links golf is better, imo. And I much prefer the UK to the US.
