As a general rule then, should a penalty incurred by any of the Team be reflected in the Team score?
If this were the case I rather think some retrospective challenges would be going in!
If player A dunks his drive in the water it is simply discounted as a 'best ball' unless he has to play the keeper shot on that hole.
(Which also brings to question the application of the laws to Best Ball and I suspect other forms of which I know nought.)
