I'm thinking about getting a newer driver. I play a Ping G425 Max 10.5 regular Ping stock shaft set at 11.5 with the back weight set in the draw position. I like it but as I continue to age (thank goodness) I'm looking to pick up a few yards off the tee. All the research I've done says the Qi10 is better that the Qi35 but I cannot find one with a regular shaft and 10.5 loft. I'd love to demo several, but my club fittings only feature the Qi4D their newest model for $600 +. Their are a lot of new and preowned Qi35s with my specs out there so I'm thinking maybe try one of those since they are $400+. I would appreciate any advice anyone would like to share.

I think there's very little difference between successive models of drivers from any manufacturer, especially on a 1 year release cycle.
In the real world you may discern something between the 10 and the 4D but it's going to be so small that it may not warrant the price difference.
Robot testing, and testing by good players and Pros, will tell you that you'll gain X years and reduce your dispersion, optimise your spin etc etc...but on the course they'll go more or less the same distance....

I don't know - is that really the case ?
I tend to just try out a few available drivers to see if the latest ones are just as good as the rest or if they're actually "better"! 🤷‍♀️
