don't have the facilities to get a video but any suggestions would be welcome.

driver problem
most balls are coming out of the heel, majority are straight or left.
contact is also generally high on the face so there are a number of sky shots mixed in; these are generally fairly straight

If I played with a driver as long as yours, I'd hit them all out of the heel... (no joke).
Have you tried addressing the ball on the toe.....
Have you experimented with different height tees....
