Sweating whilst playing

Must admit, this is the first time I've noticed any idiots on this forum.

Have always been a big sweater especially from head and forehead, always had probs with wearing a helmet at cricket (mcenroe sweatband underneath haha) and in the summer can go through several caps in a round of golf.

Starting wearing one of these under the cap last year and definitely helps

Base layers believe it or not but they have to be the right type. I recently bought some Under Armour Heatgear sleeveless base layers for beneath my polo shirts, really help keep you cool in a weird way. I did read up before buying mind, it wasn't a total shot in the dark 😁
