Played a medal at my new club on Sunday. Seemingly it was a qualifier for one of the board comps for 16 to 24 handicaps with the top 8 going through to the knockout stages.

I had a reasonable round, played exactly to my handicap but knew I left some shots out there so went home and forgot about it. :mmm:

Was most surprised today to see not only had I qualified but came fourth and I now go through to the last 8 which is a straight knockout match play format. Only ever played match play once so it should be interesting.

Just had to tell someone.
