Guys looking for reccommendations for a stand bag that works well on a trolley?

I know sun mountain have a couple of bags that might fit the bill.

I use a bag & trolley when playing. But found that the cart bag is awkward when I go to the range, a stand bag is better. I also have a stand bag but rarely use it. Don't really want to be chopping and changing and transferring clubs between bags.

So my ideal set up would be a bag that I can use on trolley when playing full rounds and then can operate as a stand bag at the range or for a quick 9 holes when I mite just carry a half set of clubs

Any suggestions appreciated?

was gonna post similar about 5 mins ago lol.

Decided to go carry semi permanently and just use the trolley for 36 holers on away days. Also sick of 2 bags lying about :)

Yeah I've just found it a hassle moving clubs & other items between bags. Usually end up forgetting something. Not too worried about weight of bag as when I'll carry it will only be at range or for 9 holes.

I was just reading about the sun mountain hybrid bag. A stand bag that also is designed to sit on a trolley. Sounds like it could be a good option for me

Call me a golf snob but a carry bag on a trolly just looks wrong. I have a TM cart bag and if I want to carry especially after work I use a carry bag. Surely if you put a carry bag ona trolly it can be hard to get to some of the pockets?

a carry bag on a trolley wouldnt be difficult to access pockets as they have none at the rear due to the legs, on a trolley they would effectively be at a similar angle to when on the stand.

I may just sell the trolley & cart bag and carry, less hassle :)

I recently got the Nike performance stand bag and it seems like it would be pretty good although I haven't tried it on a cart. It has easily detachable straps and a nice shaped base which should fit on cart well.
