'Square groove' rule

Is it up to and including 2020 the we can use clubs with grooves the do not meet 2010 rules?

Anybody know a link with this information?

Anybody know what ATR means in relation to this rule. Eg it is shown against Ping Eye 2s (+)

The rule was worded that it wouldn't come into effect until "at least" 2024. And may not even come in then.
I think all clubs made since 2010 ( or thereabouts) conform to the new rule.

Thanks . So need to ditch the old clubs yet.

I was keeping an old graphite shafted set from the mid 90s for my dotage. When I checked it had ATR in the section '2010 conforming' whereas another set I have said no.

I mentioned the Pings because they also had ATR in that section.
