I will say that after trying on my swag yesterday, Ashworth seem to specialise in clothes for chubsters.

The shirts and jumper I bought are XL but they are HUGE. Look like Harry hill with the big starched collar on the polo.

I can’t wear them.

Still.

My father in laws Christmas presents have been sorted...

Whoops

no offence intended i promise.

In my defence i am not a small bloke. Think ex amateur, short-arse, rugby league player now on a diet of crap and 20 fags a day.. Beer belly included and totally built for comfort over speed

I bought a Galvin Green polo the other day that was XXL and it is still smaller that the XL ashworth. I am an XL every day of the week but the ashworth just seem to have so much fabric in abundance. They are the opposite of an athletic fit.

The fit reminds me of teh old Callaway gear that was build for our cousins over in the USofA... ie medium is about a 40 in waist

re my Father in law. Hes a fat old lad sod, so i am fine :D

How long does the sale last? I was going to order some trousers online but it's like £5 delivery which negated the value a bit. I can get down to my nearest SD tomorrow night though to pick up some bargains.

I believe that the bulk of the sale items will only be available online.

You get a £5 voucher to use in store (on any item I believe) when you pick up your order.

That's been the case with previous Sports Direct orders, but the only option I found this time was a courier delivery to home - so no voucher.

I just received my sale goods and i had the option of a home delivery costing £4.99 or delivery to a store of my choice, with a £5 in store voucher.

To be honest, the items I was looking at were the £10 Dunlop trousers (2 for £16), I don't think they were even in the sale, I think they're always that price.
