Spikeless shoe advice please

Some one tell me, please, what's the difference between spikeless shoes and a good quality pair of trainers? And most courses bar trainers, don't they?

Trainers don't have the dimples on the bottom to give you the grip

Spikeless shoes have been designed specifically for golfers and for their foot movement whilst swinging a club.

To be honest there is not much in the price, only a few quid. Not like the old days where you got 2 dollars to your pound. I just would like to try some as my feet are knackered (thanks to military issued footwear) and after playing 3 games on the trot last weekend they where aching on Monday. J

ust wondering if people find spikeless shoes to more friendly on your feet as your are dispersing the weight over the whole foot rather than on certain points where the studs are.

OK, I find the spikeless more comfortable although I can't comment on the brands you prefer. If I could justify the cost I would go with Ecco, I have a pair of Cool Classics that were purchased in the states and cost £69 as compared to £100 over here, the Biom should be your shoe of choice in my opinion.
