Sore feet? Change your spikes

For weeks i've been meaning to change my spikes as they are wearing out, but also i've had really aching feet after a round.

Anyway I never put 2 and 2 together, so I bought some Black Widdow spikes and what a difference.

It was like walking on air and my feet felt totally fresh after 18.

It seems obvious now but sometimes you can't see the wood for the trees.

Yes new spikes make a big difference but a move to spikeless is even better!
