Just got back from my first ever golfing weekend away! And it was awesome!

We went to Patshull park near Wolverhampton fri/satd! Absoultly fantastic venue

£99 = 2rounds over night stay BB + evening meal! Bargin i thought!

The course was great with rapid greens! in total there was 20 of us over the two days and what a crack we had!

Arrived for tea/coffe Bacon cobs tea ect.. played 18holes stableford in the morning then we had a 3 club challange in the afternoon on friday!

Then it was shower and change for evening meal at 8pm! With drinking to follow! Which wasnt a good idea staying in the bar untill 3.45am with a wake up call scheduled at 7am! Needless to say the golf was ropey satd morning!

I scored 30pts friday and 27pts satd! (Probs due to being drunk for front 9) But still won the longest drive both days making a 100% recored in society events so far :)

Eitherway these outings are great i cant wait untill the next one!

But if any of you are planning a outing i feel i should spread the word that the package we have just used was £99 they have now droped it to £79 and its well worth a look!

Fantastic hotel! Great golf course! The food was fantastic good health club facilities with free use and the staff were great with us! Also the several bars located around the hotel were great also as i found out!

Great weekend all in all! - Well worth a look, we will be back next year! :)

I've said it before, and i'll say it again....you simply cannot beat a night or two away with the boys on a golfing break.

Golf on a nice course by day, copious amounts of alcohol by night!!

Glad you enjoyed it fella!

If you live anywhere near, or fancy a trip to, The Belfry then they do a deal out of season (think its from Oct/Nov to Mar/Apr) that is £99 for a round on the PGA, overnight stay and a round on the Brabazon.

Well worth £99!

That's truely the one thing I miss now. The chance to go away on a boys trip and have plenty of beer, late nights and a crack. It really isn't the same if you're there drinking soft drinks all night and you never really get the buzz.
