Still love my C230K

Straight "6" with a super-charger?

Hmm, could be worth a look.....how are they for reliability....better than BMW?

It is a 4-pot actually Dave.

Relaibility = Unbreakable.

Mine has done a shade under 160,000 miles and is still driving like new, it was doctor owned and has FSH.

I really do like it, it is as rare as hens teeth and just feels like an extension of me when Im "on it".

Mine is a 1999 C230Kompressor Sport Auto, showing the usual MB rust although due to be stripped and fully re-painted soon.

Gave under £1k at BCA for it.

Was a complete bargain.

My Dads bought himself a CLK auto as a bit of a retirement gift to himself. He really couldn't wait to show it off. Heater scalfes, heated seats & all. Was quite something to wiz through the Devon Countryside on a wet & quite cold november day with the top down & be very warm. tbh I wasn't really taken with the auto at all, but I was obviously impressed enough to keep looking at them myself. Couldn't help noticing a rather nice silver CLK as we drove back home from Whitby this evening.

Didn't notice how much, but curious enough to have a look if I get time. Fortunatly I'm pobably brasic enough to resist temptation.

Though we all know what Killed the cat.
