We have an online booking system or an app on your phone. We are supposed to swipe our club card in the pro shop and get a ticket for the marshals.
I just pop in the pro shop say hi and walk to the first tee. No issues so far.

Thankfully we don’t have any booking system, and it’s just turn up and get in the queue (if there is one)
This, aside from competitions which has set tee times per group and the tee is usually closed 15 minutes before the first group go out. Everyone at the club has access to the information regarding roll up groups and when they play and the pro shop will advise guests on the phone about peak times and when visitors arrive will try and get them off the 10th where possible if the 1st is very busy, although depending on how busy the course is, that isn't always possible and they are then told to queue alongside members. Slots are first come, first served and so members aren't allowed to jump in front of a green fee, just because they are members
