I'm off to play with Aztec on Sunday at his course. Now he's one card away from getting a handicap. Is there any reason - apart from his Comittee not allowing it - that I can/can't sign his 3rd card?

It would be nice to play in his 3rd Handicap Round.

I know it may be against their rules, but all a marker has to do is sign it, your name isn't on the card anywhere.

Are they going to be able to read your signature?

As above though, I'd ask if it's ok.

Last year a friend from another club signed a handicap card for me and the handicap secretary was fine with it as long as his home club and membership number were on it.

Unfortunatly it expired and I have to go through it all again at my new club.

What's he looking at, handicap wise?
