Can someone tell me which course in UK is flat and has shortest green to tee distances but is at least 6,000 yards long? I.e the shortest walking course?

the flatest track i know of that would fit your criteria would be Hassocks GC in west sussex. its not overly long and has only one between tee walk of any note.

Heworth in Gateshead is certainly flat as buggery and weighs in at 6203 yards from the yellows.

My home course Kibworth is flat and the only green to tee distance of any note if from the 9th green to the 10th tee, which is around 100 yards.

seriously mate take a look at Hassocks ,it really is a billiard table.the only elevation is a short hole and it rises maybe ten feet .

I'm asking because having attempted the most golf holes in 12 hours World Record which I undertook at Fulwell, I think the way to do it is getting a course of 6,000 yards with very little surplus yards to cover
