Mine too tbh.

Only the 6 San migeueld but maybe 8 dark rums. Yummy.

Listening to the Beta Band and spiritualized right now. Class.

I'm currently in bed, running a 41 degree temp, unable to open my eyes as it hurts too much. Can't eat anything or even look at food/drink.
I'm proper wussing it!!

Chin up mate. You will be fine after some kip.

If something bad does happen though. First dibs on your clubs?

Knowing all these courses so interesting thread. Can’t speak highly enough of Chorley GC now. Radical change is now underway.
1.Course undergoing heavy investment for better drainage , all bunkers re-done A 5 year plan is now underway. Greens already super.
2. Pro shop being expanded to incorporate swing/fitting room.
3. New caterer in place. Came from Fishwick.
4. Major re-furbishment of downstairs dining room, becoming a very smart spike type bar
5..Great inter league golf opportunities. Overall Chorley is on the up.

Shaw Hill always very wet and still proprietary.
Duxbury prob cheapest member golf in area. Muni.
Pleasington. Prob best, but expensive.
Bolton OL nice course and set up etc.
Accrington offers super course/clubhouse etc. Green s are superb.
Good luck with your decision where to join.

Just thought I’d ask how this is going mate? Still glad you joined etc? Thinking of changing to BOL myself next year. Don’t suppose you’ll know but are they on fairway matts in winter?
How’s the clubhouse and members etc,
Fell free to PM

Hello mate.

Yeah I’m about 15 rounds into my membership. Honestly loving the place.

Course does not have a bad hole on it and the weather changes the way you play it everytime I visit.

The condition at the moment is staggeringly good. Tbh it was great back in March. Now it just looks amazing.

The greens are as good as any of the top 100 courses I’ve played and harder than the majority.

It is matts in winter yeah but small sacrifice imo to keep the place top notch.

If you do join then buy a good wind stopper. It blows up there somthing chronic.

Give me a shout if you want a midweek post work knock. 👍
