No, nothing wrong with how he took it. It just isn't goal of the YEAR material is it... the article made me laugh anyway. I had expected an own goal to win it mind ;)

Beat Bougie and Weir, the pass was amazing though. It's hard to define THE best, cameras are only at certain games. Seen a few Pars goals that were equal if not better although in the 1st division..

This isn't exactly a wonder strike:

It certainly felt like a wonder strike in the away end that day :D
Well taken goal, shame we've totally lost any semblance of team work and skill since January

I like Stokes and reckon he could do a job in the lower half of the premiership, much like Steven Fletcher has done for Burnley...if (when) they go down he'll be bought by Wolves/Bolton/Stoke.

Er, doesn't the fact that Burnley are going down mean that he hasn't done a job for them?

Doesn't matter how many goals you score if you concede more than you score... Fletcher has done himself proud in the premiership this season, imo. Maybe Burnley wouldn't be in the mire they are now if their manager hadn't left them in the lurch half way through the season.

If you expect one player to shoulder the entire responsibility for keeping them up, yes.If you see football as a team sport where a squad of players need to contribute evenly then possibly no. ;)

Fletcher will continue to improve imo,I've watched him since he was 16 and he's improved every year since.
