Scottish Fitba'

Results will ultimately dictate that. How many more games can he afford to lose? So far he's beaten an Aberdeen team with 10 men for half the game and bottom of the league Livingston. Had a good spell against Hearts and Dundee United.
The team are playing like 11 fans that won a prize to play in the team.
He'll get at least most of the rest of this season even if results are poor. I strongly suspect you may need to wait until well into next season before they get rid, assuming things aren't much better at the start of next season.

Anyway…enough about the OF…what about the big match of the day elsewhere…StJ at home to Arbroath. Arbroath in 3rd place in the league are an excellent side - especially as part-timers, and they gave StJ are right gubbing at Gayfield last time they met.

And elsewhere - I’ll be rooting for Arthur’s team away at Thistle…though in truth Thistle should be able to easy do over the lot from doon the water.

In nobody’s imagination, is that a big match. 🤣

Nancy insists on playing 3 at the back, but is having to rely on 2 full backs in the 3 as we only have one decent fit CB.

So he makes his first signing today, a 5 foot 9 RB. Am expecting him to be thrown straight in tomorrow only to be torn apart.

It's certainly a novel way of introducing you to your new team mates. At least both strips are quite different so he shouldn't forget what way he's shooting...

When you’re wrong, you’re wrong!
Both teams are so SO bad, won't even say defending as neither of them seem to be able to defend at all, absolutely useless.

And the scoreline is down to Celtic missing a hat full of chances but Rangers taking all of theirs.

It might be wise for the Celtic board to go for an early coffee and prawn sandwich before the Police have to move into the main stand...

Credit where it’s due, come on. 🤣

I just said Rangers have taken all their chances, what more credit are you expecting?

Rangers are just as useless as Celtic at trying to defend, I refer you to the first half for further details... 🤭🤭

You said Rangers are SO bad. 🤷🏻‍♂️
They ARE so bad, just less bad than the equally honkin' Celtic today. The only difference is as I said above. Rangers, 4 shots on target, 3 goals, including an assist from the Celtic GK. Celtic, 7 shots on target, 1 goal.

Anyway, on to today's BIG game!! This Arbroath scarf is VERY cosy... 😊😊

Love an Arbroath smokie.

Rangers goalie must have stopped at least 5 'goals' in the first hour.
Utter shambles of a game.

Good result for Hearts, if they can beat the bottom team later they go 6 clear [7 if you include GD]
Mind you never easy playing Livingston.:cautious:
