Just caught up with a couple of mates that were at the game last night. They said it was utter bedlam. They got home at 4am after going in to the city centre afterwards. One of them left his car out in Mt Florida and got a taxi back to Fife

I was back in Dunfermline for the euro’s & great atmosphere in the town (despite results) now I have a good reason to be back there in June..

And so to yesterday evening...and I decided that I just had to watch the game - despite my forebodings.
Minutes in ... wooo...McT. Then 20mins in family emergency causes me to have to stop watching
And so...some hour and a half later I sneak a look at BBC Sport and the match updates. It's 89mins and it's 2-2 ...gloom - playoff - ah well. I look away.
Then my phone pings...it's my lad with one word text ... TIERNEY!!
So I rush to the back room TV (family emergency notwithstanding) - switch on and I see Tierney getting hugged - what's happened? He must've scored but the replays have been shown so I don't know why the excitement...other than Scotland 3-2 up way into added time.
I keep watching and Oh Kenny McLean. - yah beauty...dancing in a street of Farnham ensues (well - of a sort)
Funny old thing being a Scotland supporter - especially as my support of Scotland actually goes beyond my lifelong support of St Johnstone...for some (many?) of us - that's just how it is.
And I'll note in passing the reappearance of Lion Rampant flags...the Royal Banner of Scotland...I don't think I've been seeing them at Scotland games for quite some time. I'll not speculate as to why.

If it had not very slightly glanced off his shin it would have probably outshone the other three as a direct goal from a corner.

Scotland fans caused a very small earthquake in Mount Florida when the fourth goal went in and at the final whistle. Fact..according to the BGS - the lot who monitor geological seismic activity

A bit of a back down to earth moment with Scottish premiership today... Rangers were poor and a shocker from VAR.regards an obvious handball.... I am glad am not one for conspiracy theories... Because that was blatant..
Celtic score a cracker with only shot on target... The drop off in quality from last year is scary....we were very poor and lucky to get 3 pts....pretty lucky not to have an own goal as well.
