Almost certainly. He had expected to be away in August, had his locker cleared out and said his goodbyes. He had told the club in February he was wanting away. Another black mark against the people in charge of our transfer policy. Yang was in Birmingham and they couldn't get hold of anyone (Nicholson) at Celtic to finalise the deal.
