I like these guys…very droll and weary sense of humour in their irritation with their board…The Rangers Review guys seem more despairing and angry.

Was it the newish Champions Div then, not sure of the timings but if I remember correctly Hearts and then Dundee United kept them from going up [and therefore relegation ]

Just checked and I forgot the year that Super Ali was on 'gardening leave' apologies.
I don't know where I got Dundee United from as I was sure that they followed Hearts promotion from what was then Div !

This is true, but we’ve all been there, offered the big promotion, doubting yourself…..
It’s basically sink or swim, I think as we get older it’s more difficult to accept younger managers in these positions
