You miss the point. Was the support not there prior to McCann and Desmond? Of course it was, it was just the club was run badly.

Average attendance between 1990 and 1994 (when McCann took over) was 25k. McCann rebuilt the stadium, got the dormant fan base onside and by 1999 average attendance was 59k.

Hearts aren't any good, very lucky to win today. Just a committed side with a goalscorer. Injuries will hit them hard. Celtic have looked much better in the last two games, xG was nearly above 4 in both games so maybe NancyBall is working
