He's an inexperienced manager that has stuck with his formation religiously. I acknowledge our squad is poorer than it's been in a while but O'Neil got a tune out of them. Poor recruitment all round and I don't think we'll rectify it in January either.

You can buy experience, that's were Celtic have gone wrong. The choice isn't between WN and MON there's loads of decent managers with a wealth of experience out there.

That was absolutely awful. When I saw Ralston and Tierney were playing, I thought he had seen sense, and we were reverting to a back 4, but no, it was 3 at the back again.
The players were all over the place, no one seemed to know what position they were supposed to be playing. When Forrest came on, he seemed be playing left midfield- he is a right footed winger. How many times did we get caught one on one at the back?
Getting rid of Nancy won’t fix everything, but it will be a start. The guy is clueless - this quote from his press conference summed him up -“‘we started well and then after one or two minutes we conceded a goal’ - wtf …

If they don't sack Nancy the club are going to have to sign a lot of players to suit his system. If they do do that and it still isn't working they are probably stuck with a lot of players that don't fit into the next managers system. It's a problem that should have been obvious when appointing a manager that uses quite an unorthodox system.
