Got a ticket for the week. Obviously, we are not going!! Biden is never going to open the border.
Tried to call the Ticket Help Line but an hour later no one pick up!! Got hold of someone two weeks who said something would be announced imminently!!
Sent two emails. Guess what no reply!! No complaints procedure evident!!
Only suggestion was to put it on the PrimeSport resale site. I had elected to pick up at Whispering Straits so could not complete my entry as a date I had them in possession was required.
Anyone else in the same position. Any advice of my next step. Any knowledge about my next contact. I have looked for an address for Ryder Cup Europe. No luck!! I know the refund policy is dogmatically weather related and does not consider Covid-19 and the implications for UK travellers!!
